1. Engagement & Scoping
Submitting an inquiry through our project builder or booking a consultation creates no binding engineering obligation. Formal development initiates exclusively upon execution of a bilateral Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, and payment terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in an executed agreement, all custom code, design tokens, database schemas, and documentation created for a client are assigned to the client in full upon completion and settlement of corresponding project milestone invoices.
3. Availability of Services
Service offerings labeled "Planned" represent roadmap objectives and are not currently active for immediate contract delivery. Offerings labeled "By Consultation" are subject to technical feasibility assessment and resource allocation.
4. Cross-Border Delivery
Services provided across international borders are governed by mutual contractual agreements adhering to applicable software delivery regulations.
