We collect information directly provided by you through our project brief builder, contact inquiry forms, and consultation booking scheduler. This includes your name, work email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and project scope descriptions.
2. How We Use Project Information
Your submitted project briefs and contact details are utilized strictly to evaluate technical feasibility, estimate delivery roadmaps, coordinate consultations, and execute contracted engineering deliverables. We do not sell, rent, or lease client information to third parties.
3. Marketing Consent Separation
Submitting a project inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not automatically subscribe your email address to marketing mailing lists. Registration for our planned marketing division waitlist is strictly opt-in.
4. Data Security & Storage
Submissions are encrypted in transit via TLS and stored in serverless relational databases deployed across Cloudflare global edge infrastructure. Access to client records is restricted to authorized technical administrators.
